Construction Field Safety & Training Coordinator:

We are seeking a Construction Field Safety & Training Coordinator to play a crucial role in ensuring the safety and well-being of personnel working on construction sites.

General Requirements:

• Construction safety related experience-extensive knowledge in Trenching & Excavation, Confined Spaces, & Grading
• In-depth knowledge of construction safety regulations, standards, and best practices
• Bilingual – Spanish & English (Required)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate safety concepts to diverse audiences
• Excellent problem-solving skills & attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
• OSHA 10-Hour Construction (required)
• OSGA 30-Hour Construction Safety certification (preferred)
• This is an outdoor field position, must be able to work in the heat/cold and varying weather conditions
